Robert Hughes began the family business after his father-in-law, Charles Schultz of Coldwater, Michigan, decided that he needed help for his hearing problem. Seeking the utmost in quality and care for his family, Robert decided to enter into the business. Robert Hughes became passionately involved in the hearing care community in Michigan and eventually served as the Secretary of the Michigan Hearing Aid Society, representing independent Hearing Aid Dealers in Michigan. Robert Hughes was fervent in fighting for fair practices within the hearing care industry and passed on his love for hearing health to his family.

Since 1969, the family business has grown across 5 generations. We currently offer several convenient locations throughout Michigan, and continue to provide the highest level of personalized, quality care, while keeping up with the latest trends in hearing health technology.
